Consumer Backlash
Seems like HP has angered quite a lot of consumers recently. I saw a website dedicated to complaints against HP where the recurring theme is that HP is not doing anything about products that are obviously defective.
Something to think about before buying that HP notebook/desktop? I would also think twice about Compaq since its tarred by the same HP brush.

Went to attend a company talk in University and applied for the scholarship without really thinking I would get it as I didn’t think my results were stellar to begin with.
To my surprise, I was called up for an interview and was subsequently awarded the scholarship! That was a pleasant surprise as it meant I could pay my way through Uni on my own as well as get some pocket money! 🙂

Near-Drowning in the Morning
Swimming first thing in the morning just after you wake up is probably not a good idea. What’s worse is to swim in full army uniform…
I wasn’t very good at swimming, so when I had to wear the full uniform and jump off the diving board into the pool, it wasn’t a particularly pleasant experience. I was barely able to keep my head up and move to the side of the pool and hold on for dear life…
