Aquamarine

We made a trip to Aquamarine to try out the lunch buffet. Had a nice cup of coffee after the stomach-bursting meal.

We were so full that we had to take a walk. While Esh stopped by at Mothercare, her Dad and I brought Lee-Ann to look at the fish in the aquarium

One of the last stops was at Mango. It was quite a challenging day as it was the first time we made use of the pram. I just found out that it was a big challenge to bring a pram down the escalator. I had to struggle a bit, while Esh left the pram behind after unsuccessfully trying to manouevre the pram properly!

Rush to shop

I bought Taka vouchers over the Internet and I arranged to meet the seller at Orchard MRT. We were supposed to meet at 1930H, but he called to say he would be 15 minutes late. Look at the time now! Don’t think he’ll be the one who’s late…

Anyway, the plan is for Esh to drop me off somewhere near Orchard MRT while she goes to park the car…

Yoga regrets…

After seeing one of those newspaper ads where they show a photo of a yoga practitioner with her back to the camera and her hands pressed together palm-to-palm, I was thinking to myself: “what’s the big deal? I can do that too!”

And I did it… For all of 5 seconds before my shoulders started cramping and I had to shake it off for about 2 minutes before recovering.

Stupid yoga…

Football slam dunk

In my bid to log my dreams, I wrote this down immediately when I woke from my dream. Seems discordant, and I’m having trouble understanding what I wrote too..

I dreamt I was playing a game that was a hybrid of captain’s ball and football with a bunch of friends. In the course of the game, I managed to miss a kick as well as get my face smashed by the ball.

In another part of the dream, I bought some VCDs/DVDs but I found out that I had accidentally purchased an episode of Slam Dunk but I had not watched the previous episodes.

Skin ball

If you don’t know yet, I can be quite a curious person with some strange ideas. One day, I happened to be inspired by Ji Gong — in particular the scenes where he rubs his skin and produces a giant skin ball that he claims to be a pill with magical powers.

I wanted to find out what was the largest skin ball I could make. On the first day, I did the “skin exfoliation” on myself and got a small ball of black skin. I then stored this in a small container so I could continue my experiment the next day.

However, the next day, I found that it was not possible to increase the size of the ball because the natural oils and moisture that were in the skin ball had already evaporated, thus making it dry and rather difficult to assimilate new skin balls into it. I stopped the experiment on the second day…
